• You are not a citizen of Brunei, Japan, or Singapore.
• You are not a resident of Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan.
• You are not a citizen of Azerbaijan, Georgia, Moldova, Russia, or Turkmenistan and you are not traveling as part of a tour group that is accompanied by a representative of a tour operator registered in both countries.
